Moniker, et navn med mange ansikter, designet av Snøhetta - har sammen med Alcro skapt et fargepalett inspirert av de legendariske personlighetene Grace Kelly, Hedy Lamarr, Jane Birkin og Peggy Guggenheim. Hver farge bærer preg av deres unike karakter, dybde og stil - perfekt for for den som ønsker å uttrykke seg gjennom farger. 


Om Alcro: 

Alcro er synonymt med kvalitet, innovasjon og omtanke. Alcros miljøengasjement ble etablert allerede på 1950-tallet, da vi var den første svenske malingsprodusenten som lanserte vanntynnet maling. I 2006 var vi igjen først, denne gangen med svanemerket interiørmaling. 

I 2011 satte vi et mål om å redusere klimapåvirkningen fra produksjon og distribusjon med 50% innen år 2021, et mål som ble nådd allerede i 2017. I 2021 lanserte vi våre første produkter basert på det såkalte Mass Balance-prinsippet. Dette betyr at vi gradvis erstatter de fossile råmaterialene som brukes i produktene våre med biobaserte, fornybare råvarer og bidrar til en raskere overgang til en mer bærekraftig malingsindustri. 


At Moniker we use Bring, PorterBuddy, and DHL as our delivery partners, and you can also choose to pick it up in our store if you live nearby. 

RETURN METHODS
You can return items in the following ways:

  • Using the drop-off service at the store 
  • Log onto your profil, view your orders and select the order you want to return by clicking "request return" and follow the steps. 
  • If you choose to return the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return.
  • If you are not based in Norway, contact us at post@moniker.no to create a return

RETURNS & RETURN COSTS
If you return an item using our return service, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. The cost of the return is 69,- NOK (199,- NOK for all international orders)

If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY
Porter Buddy can deliver your order directly to your door within a few hours in the Oslo area if you order before 13:00 on the same day Bring delivers with times ranging from 1-7 days throughout Norway and DHL can usually deliver your order within 48 hours if you order before 13:00 the same day. (Not on the weekends)

PICK UP IN-STORE

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. We will then begin the process of packing your order. When your order is packed and ready for collection by our transport partner, you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number. When your order is out for delivery or turned into your closest pickup point, you will be notified by the transporter.
