All the down we use in our collections is from the Responsible down standard, to ensure animal welfare from farm to supplier. This standard includes that the animals are not exposed to pain, injury, fear or distress. They are raised free from hunger and thirst and are not being overfed, and the feathers are not picked from living birds.
How to care for down:
To clean your down jacket we recommend using a delicate setting in a front load washer with down soap, then gently squeeze out excess water before tumbling at low heat. Hot tip! Tumble dry with a couple of clean tennis balls, as this will speed up the process and prevent down clumps. During the process and when dried please work out the down with hands to puff the jacket. If needed, the down jacket can be air-dried, laying flat on a towel in a warm dry spot out of direct sunlight. Dry cleaning is not recommended. Don’t iron, nor bleach.

RETURN METHODS You can return items in the following ways:
Using the drop-off service at the store
Log onto your profil, view your orders and select the order you want to return by clicking "request return" and follow the steps.
If you choose to return the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return.
If you are not based in Norway, contact us at post@moniker.no to create a return
RETURNS & RETURN COSTS If you return an item using our return service, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. The cost of the return is 69,- NOK (199,- NOK for all international orders)
If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY Porter Buddy can deliver your order directly to your door within a few hours in the Oslo area if you order before 13:00 on the same day Bring delivers with times ranging from 1-7 days throughout Norway and DHL can usually deliver your order within 48 hours if you order before 13:00 the same day. (Not on the weekends)
PICK UP IN-STORE Visit us in our store: Moniker, Valkyriegata 3, 0366 Oslo.
HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. We will then begin the process of packing your order. When your order is packed and ready for collection by our transport partner, you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number. When your order is out for delivery or turned into your closest pickup point, you will be notified by the transporter.
