- Please avoid contact with all sorts of liquid, and by that, we mean Champagne or and! ice-cold Chardonnay you know:)
- Should your bag get wet, please remove any residual water with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally.
- Also hand cream, make-up, and perfume is a big No, so you get the point..
- If there is any dirt then clean your bag with mild soap and a sponge or cleaning cloth with warm/cold water.
- Please keep it away from heat and dampness and store it in the Blinq dust bag if not using!:)
At Moniker we use Bring, PorterBuddy, and DHL as our delivery partners, and you can also choose to pick it up in our store if you live nearby.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY
Porter Buddy can deliver your order directly to your door within a few hours in the Oslo area if you order before 13:00 on the same day Bring delivers with times ranging from 1-7 days throughout Norway and DHL can usually deliver your order within 48 hours if you order before 13:00 the same day. (Not on the weekends)

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. We will then begin the process of packing your order. When your order is packed and ready for collection by our transport partner, you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number. When your order is out for delivery or turned into your closest pickup point, you will be notified by the transporter.
RETURNS & RETURN COSTS
If you return an item using our return service, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. The cost of the return is 69,- NOK (199,- NOK for all international orders)
If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return.
