Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. Pay with your Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Adyen with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. MONIKER does not charge any extra costs for card payments. However, your bank may charge an additional fee depending on your card and bank. When paying by credit or debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, MONIKER may automatically cancel your order.

Promotional Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.
All prices shown on the MONIKER website, www.Moniker.no, are including VAT for all countries within the EU, in accordance with the applicable legislation. All orders within the EU are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - all taxes and duties are included in the product prices.
Outside of EU – VAT exempt purchases
All the prices shown on the MONIKER website, www.Moniker.no, are excluding VAT for all countries outside the EU, in accordance with the applicable legislation. Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that MONIKER has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, MONIKER cannot predict their amount. MONIKER advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise will be reported to the authorities. MONIKER holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel MONIKER to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time. Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact MONIKER in order to get an address to send the goods to. If you choose to have your order shipped with Bring or DHL, you'll get a return shipping label included in your package. If you chose Porterbuddy, return shipping is paid by the consumer. If you are shipping an item over NOK 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If an item is damaged during transport, MONIKER should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.
MONIKER's policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as underwear, swimwear and earrings can not be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless you explicitly qualified for free returns.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
MONIKER has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost, and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the product. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings on your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
MONIKER provides express worldwide shipping in partnership with DHL. All goods ordered before 15:00 will be shipped the same day (Monday-Friday) and be delivered within 1-2 days with DHL Express. Goods ordered online can also be picked up at our store in Valkyrie Gata 3, 0366 Oslo. DHL Express delivers directly at your door within 1-2 days. If you are not home, DHL will call you to arrange a drop-off at another time.
You will receive SMS/E-Mail from our shipping partner DHL, please answer this if you wish to make flexible changes while your purchase is on its way to you. Follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including:
- Arranging to collect your order from a DHL service point
- Alternative delivery address
- Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home or rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day.
In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with MONIKER either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued MONIKER has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. MONIKER will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent product if available.
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods/products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are correct and not damaged. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please supply the order number and the reason for the complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to MONIKER should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults. MONIKER has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
MONIKER's responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. MONIKER bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work, or other economic harm.
MONIKER shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered, or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new/amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions, or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by MONIKER or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of MONIKER.
The MONIKER website, www.moniker.no, may include user-generated content from for example social media applications. MONIKER does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos, and videos, etc.) and takes no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright or any other right, or otherwise are offended by such content, please contact our customer service.
RETENTION OF TITLE
All products remain in MONIKER property until full payment is made.
All attempts at fraud reported to the authorities and MONIKER reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
