Pia Tjelta Studio was founded in 2017 with a desire to bring the transformative power of theatre into the world of fashion. With many years of experience as an actress at the National Theatre in Oslo, Pia knows that clothes are more than just garments – they shape identity, evoke emotions and tell stories. Through collaboration with master tailors, she has learned that clothes can be deeply personal, powerful and timeless – values that characterize every single garment from the studio. Together with a talented team, including designers Nina Amble Sandaas, Martine Østby Elsrud and print designer Torunn Myklebust, Pia Tjelta Studio unites classic tailoring with modern elegance. The brand is particularly known for its signature dresses, creating designs that give women a sense of beauty, confidence and authenticity. Luxurious materials and exquisite craftsmanship are central to the studio’s continuous development.
