DESCRIPTION

This lavish fourth volume in Abrams' Slim Aarons collection revels in this photographer's decades-long love affair with Italy. From breathtaking aerials of the Sicilian countryside to intimate portraits of celebrities and high society taken in magnificent villas, Slim Aarons: La Dolce Vita captures the essence of “the good life.” Slim Aarons first visited Italy as a combat photographer during World War II and later moved to Rome to shoot for Life magazine, yet even after relocating to New York, he would return to Italy almost every year for the rest of his life. The images collected here document the aristocracy, cultural elite, and beautiful people, such as Marcello Mastroianni, Ursula Andress, Joan Fontaine, and Tyrone Power, who lived la dolce vita in Italy's most fabulous places during the last 50 years.

At Moniker we use Bring, PorterBuddy and DHL as our delivery partners. You can also choose to pick up your package at our store if you live near Oslo.

RETURN METHODS

You can return goods in the following ways:

  • By delivering the item(s) directly to the store in Oslo.
  • Log in to your profile, view your orders and select the order you want to return by clicking "request return" and follow the steps.
  • If you choose to return the item on your own, you will pay the carrier when you send the return.
  • If you are not a resident of Norway, contact us at post@moniker.no to create a return.

RETURNS AND RETURN COSTS

If you return an item using our returns service, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund. The cost of the return is 69,- NOK (199,- NOK for all international orders).

If you choose to ship the item yourself, you will pay the carrier when you send the return.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

Porter Buddy can deliver your order directly to your door within a few hours in the Oslo area if you order before 1:00 PM the same day. Bring delivers in 1-7 days throughout Norway, and DHL can usually deliver your order within 48 hours if you order before 1:00 PM the same day. (Does not apply on weekends)

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. We will then begin the process of packing your order. When your order is packed and ready for pickup by our shipping partner, you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number. When your order is on its way or delivered to your nearest pickup location, you will be notified by the shipping carrier.

International Orders – Customs and Duties

We ship from Norway. Orders delivered within Norway are duty free. For international orders, please note that local customs duties, fees and taxes may apply. All international orders placed with us are processed and shipped via DHL, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days.

All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that the recipient is responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes required by the destination country to release the shipment. These costs are not included in the total price at checkout and are not covered by Moniker. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict what they will be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these costs before placing your order to avoid any surprises.

  • Refusal to Pay Customs Duty If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Moniker. Please note that in some cases the carrier may consider the package abandoned, resulting in it being destroyed. Accordingly, such orders will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns and refunds Please note that customs duties and taxes are not refundable in the event of a return.
