RETURN METHODS

• Log in to your profile, view your orders and select the order you want to return by clicking "request return" and follow the steps.
• If you choose to return the item on your own, you will pay the carrier when you send the return.

RETURNS AND RETURN COSTS

If you return an item using our returns service, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund. The cost of the return is 69,- NOK (199,- NOK for all international orders).

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

Porter Buddy can deliver your order directly to your door within a few hours in the Oslo area if you order before 1:00 PM the same day. Bring delivers in 1-7 days throughout Norway, and DHL can usually deliver your order within 48 hours if you order before 1:00 PM the same day. (Does not apply on weekends)

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED?

When your order is packed and ready for pickup by our shipping partner, you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number. When your order is on its way or delivered to your nearest pickup location, you will be notified by the shipping carrier.
