Slim Aarons: Style brings together iconic photographs of glamorous fashion moments, personalities and places, captured by legendary photographer Slim Aarons. Aarons himself claimed that he did not photograph fashion: “I did not photograph fashion. I photographed people in their clothes, which became fashion.” Yet his work is inextricably linked to the world of fashion.

The book showcases Aarons' influential images of upper-class society, where individuals appear effortlessly stylish and confident – ​​a timeless inspiration for modern style icons. Featuring early black-and-white fashion photography and portraits of the fashionable elite, including Jacqueline de Ribes, CZ Guest, Nan Kempner and Marisa Berenson, as well as designers such as Oscar de la Renta, Emilio Pucci, Mary McFadden and Lilly Pulitzer. Many of the images have never been published before, and the text includes detailed captions written by fashion historians.

You can return items in the following ways:

  • Log onto your profile, view your orders and select the order you want to return by clicking "request return" and follow the steps.
  • If you choose to return the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return.
  • If you are not based in Norway, contact us at post@moniker.no to create a return

RETURNS & RETURN COSTS
If you return an item using our return service, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. The cost of the return is NOK 69 (NOK 199 for all international orders)

If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
Porter Buddy can deliver your order directly to your door within a few hours in the Oslo area if you order before 13:00 on the same day Bring delivers with times ranging from 1-7 days throughout Norway and DHL can usually deliver your order within 48 hours if you order before 13:00 the same day. (Not on weekends)

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED?
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. We will then begin the process of packing your order. When your order is packed and ready for collection by our transport partner, you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number. When your order is out for delivery or turned into your closest pickup point, you will be notified by the transporter.
