You can return goods in the following ways:

• Log in to your profile, view your orders and select the order you want to return by clicking "request return" and follow the steps.

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED?

When your order is packed and ready for pickup by our shipping partner, you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number. International Orders – Customs and Duties

We ship from Norway. Orders delivered within Norway are duty free. For international orders, please note that local customs duties, fees and taxes may apply. All international orders placed with us are processed and shipped via DHL, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days.

All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that the recipient is responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes required by the destination country to release the shipment. These costs are not included in the total price at checkout and are not covered by Moniker. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict what they will be.
