The Moss Jacket is crafted from Tigrado Lamb Shearling and Merino Shearling mix, to accommodate the ultimate wear. Tigrado, known for its silky longhairs, has been used on the collar and cuffs and the shorter haired Merino has been used inside, for most comfortable wear. Crafted in real dyed shearling, small color and texture irregularities may occur and the surface will change when worn due to the natural properties of the skins.


Avoid hanging the garment in direct sunlight, as this may alter the color of the surface. If the garment gets wet, simply shake it, and hang it to dry in a well-ventilated room and avoid artificial heat sources. Hang the garment on a broad hanger and never in a bag or covered. Allow room so that it is not oppressed tightly inside your closet. Please note that the suede surface is not durable for rainy weather and can be coated with a weather resistant spray for protection and avoiding spots.

At Moniker we use Bring, PorterBuddy, and DHL as our delivery partners, and you can also choose to pick it up in our store if you live nearby. 

RETURN METHODS
You can return items in the following ways:

  • Using the drop-off service at the store 
  • Log onto your profil, view your orders and select the order you want to return by clicking "request return" and follow the steps. 
  • If you choose to return the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return.
  • If you are not based in Norway, contact us at post@moniker.no to create a return

RETURNS & RETURN COSTS
If you return an item using our return service, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. The cost of the return is 69,- NOK (199,- NOK for all international orders)

If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY
Porter Buddy can deliver your order directly to your door within a few hours in the Oslo area if you order before 13:00 on the same day Bring delivers with times ranging from 1-7 days throughout Norway and DHL can usually deliver your order within 48 hours if you order before 13:00 the same day. (Not on the weekends)

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. We will then begin the process of packing your order. When your order is packed and ready for collection by our transport partner, you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number. When your order is out for delivery or turned into your closest pickup point, you will be notified by the transporter.
